What This Program Offers
AutumnGold offers down payment, closing cost, and mortgage-reduction assistance for qualified buyers purchasing a renovated or newly constructed AutumnGold home in the Boise-Nampa metro (Ada and Canyon counties).
- Income limits vary by listing — up to 50% AMI (NSP) or 80% AMI (HOME) per HUD Boise-Nampa MSA limits.
- Must qualify for a first mortgage, cannot own other property at purchase, and must occupy as primary residence for 5–20 years depending on assistance amount.
- Finally Home!® homebuyer education (8 hours) required.
- Up to 0.5% of purchase price contribution collected as earnest money.
- Assistance amount is based on participant need and granting agency discretion.
- Join the waitlist — inventory is limited to AutumnGold homes.
