Program Summary

IHFA first mortgage products (HFA Preferred, HFA Advantage, FHA/RD, VA, Conventional, and First Loan Tax Exempt on select purchases) paired with up to 8% DPCC second mortgage assistance. Household income up to $170,000 for standard programs. No first-time buyer requirement on FHA/RD, VA, and HFA Preferred/Advantage purchases. Manufactured homes allowed per agency guidelines on eligible products.
